General: Cook's Body Works Pty. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of standard and custom-built truck bodies to suit every truck operator.

For over 60 years Cook's Body Works have established an outstanding reputation by building excellent quality into our wide and flexible range of design concepts.

Two builders in one: Cook’s Body Works and Boon Truck Bodies have combined their activities. This union adds a further 30 year’s experience in the industry and enables you to access one of the most comprehensive manufacturing facilities available.

Facilities: The company has a large very well equipped workshop including overhead cranes, low bake paint oven, state of the art CNC equipment, and design engineering department.

If one of our standard truck bodies does not meet a client's exact needs, a customised body can be designed to suit the specific application. A CAD/CAM design and product control system is at the core of Cook's exacting standards of manufacture, national product support and client service.

One Stop Shop: Our product range includes rigid curtain siders, vans, food transport vehicles, mobile workshop and service bodies. We also manufacture a wide range of lockers and accessories.

Every Cook's body is built to make the best use of space and ensure easy and fast loading and unloading. Bodies are of sturdy wall and floor construction, combining strength , efficiency and optimum carrying capacity.

Variations include roller or swing doors, a choice of exterior cladding materials, hydraulic tailgate and pallet tracks. Special dimensions and fittings can be included at the design stage and any type of load restraint system can be incorporated.

Special technology is applied to food transport vehicles to meet physical requirements and maintain constant temperatures in line with Health Department regulations.

Quality Assurance: Yes! Third party accreditation to ISO 9001 QEC No. 3809 Standards Australia. Cook's and Boons were among the first in their field to receive Standards Australia accreditation to AS/NZ/ISO 9001. Client Base: We are preferred suppliers to some of the largest fleet operators including Defence, Government departments, Shire councils, department stores, vehicle hire companies, fleet owners and individual owner-drivers.
