Full Range of Workshop Bodies

The Cook's Workshop Body is a fully enclosed Van body designed to suit 1 tonne cab/chassis such as Ford AU, Holden Rodeo, Nissan Narava, Ford Courier, Toyota Hi-lux, Landcruiser, Mazda Bravo and Mitsubishi Triton 4 x 2 and 4 x 4 cab/chassis.

The Workshop Body has been designed to meet the needs of the service industry including Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Communications, Water, Power, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fork Lift and Refrigeration etc. Its flexibility allows it to be used in all service industry activities.

Its unique build and design provides style and affordability, It can be transferred from cab/chassis to cab/chassis with a minimum of fuss and expense. The body cost can be amortised over two or three cab/chassis.

The complete body is powder-coated white this provides a hard wearing finish and a base to allow a company to have a mobile advertisement.

The Workshop Body is constructed from zinc-seal sheet.
It has split side doors; one drops down, one lifts up with gas struts, with an opening approximately 1500mm wide by 900mm high allowing ease of access for loading and unloading.

Access to tools, parts and equipment is gained in a quick and efficient manner. The rear door is a one-piece door with gas struts this door is again approximately 1500mm wide by 900mm high this allows for large objects to be loaded and unloaded.

The Ford AU Workshop body is 2300mm long by 1850mm wide, the 4 X 2 / 4 x 4 body is 2300mm x 1735mm wide. The height of the body allows for fitting of ladder racks and still providing access to underground car parks.

The Workshop body provides security for expensive tools, parts and stock; its doors are fitted with durable stainless steel drop tee locks and slam locks. Our 1 piece top hinge seals continually so the doors form a weather proof work area when open.

The Workshop body interior can be fitted out with shelving and partitions to suit. This can be done during construction or by the customer.

Options include underbody lockers fitted in the skirt of body, ladder racks, Rola case stacks with draws, customised fit-outs including slide out draws and shelving partitions, Hot Hand Wash units, hard wearing carpet and recessed tie downs etc.
